There are a number of factors to consider when it’s time to replace tires. You may be able to improve the performance of your vehicle in terms of the way it handles under certain conditions by upgrading to a different or more sophisticated type of tire. Additionally, there are a number of variables that will impact on the performance and useful longevity of the tires you use. Your choice of tires should take into consideration whether you do any of the following:
- Do mostly highway driving
- Drive mostly in city traffic with frequent stops and starts
- Drive frequently on unpaved or rough road surfaces
- Carry heavy loads in your vehicle
- Are an “aggressive driver” who is hard on tires — such as by accelerating through turns
- Live in an area of the country that frequently has rain, ice or snow.
Specific styles and constructions of tires are designed to function best under specific conditions. It’s important to select a tire that is suited for the driving conditions to which it will be exposed.

Acura Advanced Sports Car Concept

Can’t Wait For The Transformers Movie Next Year

Just wanna share The Transformers Movie Trailer that is due to be released on July 4th 2007. I’ve been the Transformers fan since I was a kid. Had few of them action figures but I can’t remember their names. Hopefully there will be new trailers coming soon. This one is too vague.
Michael Bay’s film should be good don’t you think so?

What Is Black Death?

In the early 80’s when a sticky black substance was found to be the cause of many engine seizures in Europe and that was the time when black death was firstly discovered.
Many engines were affected but Ford and Vauxhall (GM) suffered the most. The conditions or environment that contribute to this problem are faster roads, higher under-hood temperatures, tighter engineering tolerances and overworked engine oils.
The oils just couldn’t handle it and changed their chemical characteristic under pressure into a sort of tar-like glue. This blocked all the oil channels in the engines, starved them of lubrication and caused them to seize. This could all happen in a matter of minutes.
Black Death was the main reason for the production of newer higher and better quality oils from various engine oil manufacturers, many of them man-made rather than mineral-based.

What’s The Use Of Engine Or Motor Oil?

How long have you drive a car? How often do you replace your engine oil? Do you know what’s the purpose of an engine oil?
The purpose of an engine oil is primarily to stop friction between all the metal surfaces in your engine from grinding together and tearing themselves apart and also to dissipate the heat generated from this process.
Another purpose of an engine oil is to transfer heat away from the combustion cycle and must be able to hold in suspension the malicious by-products of fuel combustion, such as silica (silicon oxide) and acids. It keeps the moving parts coated in oil and cleans the engine of such nastyy chemicals and buildups.
Exposure to oxygen will be minimised and thus oxidation at higher temperatures. The engine oil does all of these things under tremendous heat and pressure and for the most part without succumbing to fatigue or black death, the ultimate engine destroyer.
