Abt Sportsline, car tuner from Germany, has released the Audi Abt AS4 which is based on the Audi A4. At the exterior, the AS4 is fitted with front skirt, side skirts, 4-pipe rear muffler, rear skirt and rear spoiler.
The Abt Sportsline AS4 is powered by the new 1.8 TFSI which produces 200 bhp instead of 160 bhp from the stock. The power could be further increase to 240 bhp with the installation of Abt Power S. This made possible with the help of a turbocharger instead of the serial charger.
The 2.0 turbo diesel engine version which is equipped with Abt Power produces 200 bhp instead of 170 bhp from the stock. Apart from that, the 2.7 TDI engine now delivers 230 bhp instead of 190 bhp. Last but not least is the 3.0 TDI diesel engine that produces 270 bhp from the Abt Power or 300 bhp from the Abt Power S instead of 240 bhp. The Abt Power S produces maximum torque of 443 lb-ft.
The suspension system has also been upgraded to Abt adjustable sport suspension tuned by racing-pro Christian Abt. The braking system comes either in 345 mm Abt brake system or 380 mm Abt sport brake system. Wheels available in 18, 19 or 20-inch.
