Since the Concorso D’Eleganza Villa D’Este, in the lake Como, in Italy was revived by BMW in 1999, BMW has shown few concept cars there but none have made it into production.
In conjunction to the 30th anniversary of the BMW M1, BMW will present its M1 Concept, which is the modern version of the M1 to the public on 27 April 2008.
At the exterior, the M1 Concept features BMW double-kidney grille at the front, 4 round headlights and trapezoidal lower opening at the front to provide better air flow for cooling and aerodynamic effect.
No details on the powertrain for the M1 Concept by BMW yet.
