INNOTECH, Czech Republic independent car manufacturer, has unveiled its custom Chevrolet Corvette which is based on the 2005 – 2009 C6 Corvette coupe and convertible.

The INNOTECH Chevrolet Corvette C6 styling upgrade is influenced more by Italian design which consists of a new front and rear fascia, new INNOTECH rear window side louvres and a choice of stock or louvered hood. All INNOTECH body parts are made of fiberglass or carbon fiber and a wide body kit will also be available for the C6 coupe and convertible.

Katech Corvette Z06 ClubSport

Katech Performance, car tuner from the US, has released its ClubSport package to improve the power-to-weight ratio of the Corvette Z06 where it reduces the curb weight to 2,915 lbs (2,825 lbs fully optimized).

The end result of the Katech Corvette Z06 ClubSport is a power-to-weight ratio of 5.45 lbs./horsepower (standard) or 5.28 lbs./horsepower (fully optimized).

Chevrolet Corvette S-Limited

The Chevrolet Corvette S-Limited is a special limited edition Corvette built for the Japanese market to honor General Motors’ 100th anniversary and only 30 of the cars will be built according to GM Asia-Pacific.

The Corvette S-Limited is powered by a standard Corvette 6.2-liter V8 engine producing 430 hp (321 kW) and 575 Nm of torque at 4,600 rpm. The car features special upholstery, wheels, a mesh grille work, a new diffuser treatment, side vents and a new rear trunk-lid spoiler.

GeigerCars Corvette Z06 Black Edition

GeigerCars of Germany has finally released its modification details and images of the Corvette Z06 Black edition.

The GeigerCars Corvette Z06 Black Edition produces 592 hp the stock 512 hp LS7 7.0-liter V8 engine Corvette Z06.

Corvette Concept Inspired by Cheetah

Ivan Luccion, a graduate from Brigham Young University who was born in Argentina and then moved to United States has came up with the Corvette Concept.

The design of the Corvette Concept was inspired by the fastest land animal, the Cheetah. In the past, most of Corvette production models were inspired by marine animals such as the shark and stingray but Ivan’s concept is inspired by a land animal.

Corvette Competition Limited Edition

General Motors Europe will release the limited edition Corvette Competition which is based on the Corvette C6 Coupe in Europe. Delivery will start in April 2008 and order can be done from authorized Corvette dealers as of now.

The launch of the Corvette Competition is in conjunction with the start of the 56th edition of the legendary Sebring Twelve Hours on 15 March, the first race in the American Le Mans Series championship (ALMS).

Karvajal Designs ZX-1 C6 Corvette

Karvajal Designs, newly formed coachbuilder from the US, specializing in Chevrolet Corvette C6 modifications has released its first model at the 2008 New York International Auto Show.

The Karvajal Designs ZX-1 C6 Corvette is powered by a supercharged LS2 V8 engine producing 560 hp and 529 lb-ft of torque. The ZX-1 is a 79-inch wide body Corvette (stock is 72.6-inch) and fitted with 13-inch wide tires.

Ugur Sahin Design Corvette Z03 Concept

Ugur Sahin Design of the Netherlands has come up with the Corvette Z03 Concept based on the Corvette Z06. Ugur Sahin Design was founded in 2007 by Axel van Mourik and Ugur Sahin.

There will be only 100 units of the Corvette Z03 Concept to be built and the first production Z03 will be delivered to the US in late 2008. More details will be available to the public somewhere in March.

The design features full carbon fiber bodywork and weight 100 pounds lighter than the Corvette Z06. The Corvette Z03 Concept will be powered by 3 engine versions ranging from 500 to 750 hp.

2007 Corvette Z06

The new 2007 Corvette Z06 for all the Vette-o-philes enthusiasts out there. There will be some minor upgrades and price increase. The car produces 505 hp with its LS7 V8 engine.
