America’s premier niche vehicle manufacturer, Saleen Inc. has officially unveiled the Saleen Dark Horse Extreme Edition Mustang which is based on the 2009 Ford Mustang GT.
There will be only 25 units of the Dark Horse Mustang to be built and it features Speedlab SuperShaker which provides both performance and styling. The Dark Horse delivers 620 hp (462 kW) and 600 ft.-lbs (812 Nm) of maximum torque thanks to the SuperShaker, Saleen Port Matched Series VI Integrated Screw type supercharger, forged aluminum pistons, forged steel connecting rods and forged steel crankshaft.

Ford Fiesta Zetec S
Ford will unveil the all-new sporty Fiesta Zetec S at the 2008 London Motor Show next week and will be available for sale in October 2008.
The Ford Fiesta Zetec S is powered by either a 120 PS Duratec Ti-VCT engine or a 1.6-liter 90 PS Duratorq TDCi engine.
With the Duratec Ti-VCT engine, the Zetec S clocked 9.9 seconds from 0 to 62 mph with the top speed of 120 mph. The engine uses twin independent variable cam timing to provide the optimal balance of performance and fuel economy where it consumes 47.9 mpg of fuel and emit 139 g/km of CO2.

2009 Ford Focus RS
Ford has announced that the Ford RS performance car brand is back in the form of the new Ford Focus RS which will be unveiled at the 2008 London International Motor Show on 22 July 2008.
The Ford Focus RS is being created by dedicated Ford engineers lead by Jost Capito, Ford of Europe’s Vehicle Line Director for Performance Vehicles and will go on sale in early 2009.

Ford Fiesta ST500 Limited Edition

With the existing Ford Fiesta starts to be phased out, Ford has unveiled the limited edition sporty Fiesta in the UK.
The Ford Fiesta ST500 Limited Edition is still powered by the 150 hp 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine but the suspension has been replaced with a lowered and stiffer suspension system. It also features close ratio, short shift gearbox and sports-tuned steering.

Ford FG01 V8 Supercar

Ford has unveiled the FG01 V8 Supercar which is based on the FG Falcon XR8 sedan road car last weekend. The FG01 was designed and built by major Ford V8 Supercar teams Ford Performance Racing (FPR) Triple 8 (T8) and Stone Brothers Racing (SBR).

Ford FPV GT E Falcon

Ford Performance Vehicles (FPV) Australia has released the new GT E Falcon, which is the tone down version of the sporty FPV GT.
The FPV GT E Falcon is powered by the upgraded 5.4-liter Boss V8 engine mated to a ZF 6-speed high torque automatic transmission with Sequential Sports Shift producing 315 kW at 6,500 rpm and 551 Nm of torque at 4,750 rpm. The fuel consumption of the GT E is at 14 liter/100 km.
The FPV GT E Falcon braking system comes with performance 355 x 32mm cross-drilled and ventilated front rotors with Brembo 6-piston calipers and 330 x 28mm cross-drilled and ventilated rear rotors with Brembo 4-piston caliper as standard.

ROUSH Ford Fiesta ST

ROUSH Technologies has released its Mountune performance upgrades for the Ford Fiesta ST and will be available to the customers in the UK this month.
The Stage 1 performance kit which consists of reprogrammed ECU, new intake and exhaust upgrades increases the power and torque of the stock 2.0-liter DOHC 4-cylinder engine from 150 PS at 6,000 rpm and 190 Nm at 4,500 rpm to 165 PS and 200 Nm between 3,500 rpm to 5,000 rpm.

Ford Mondeo Titanium X Sport
Ford UK has released its top end version of Ford Mondeo with the introduction of its Titanium X Sport which combines combines superb dynamics with premium luxury and a sportier new look.
The Ford Mondeo Titanium X Sport is available in five-door hatchback and estate body styles. Standard on the Titanium X are 18 inch alloy wheels, twin chromed exhaust tailpipes and body-colored side skirts.

Obsidian SG-One Mustang

Obsidian has released its custom Ford Mustang in the form of Obsidian SG-One. There will be only one car to be built but it’s not mentioned how much is the selling price.
The Obsidian SG-One Mustang is powered by a 6.4 liter twin-supercharged V8 engine producing over 800 hp (596 kW) on standard pump gas (fuel) but could reach over 1,000 hp (745 kW) on more exotic fuel. With the standard pump gas, the SG-One produces 750lb-ft of torque.
