Katech Corvette Z06 ClubSport

Katech Performance, car tuner from the US, has released its ClubSport package to improve the power-to-weight ratio of the Corvette Z06 where it reduces the curb weight to 2,915 lbs (2,825 lbs fully optimized).
The end result of the Katech Corvette Z06 ClubSport is a power-to-weight ratio of 5.45 lbs./horsepower (standard) or 5.28 lbs./horsepower (fully optimized).

2010 Chevrolet Camaro Officially Unveiled
Early this week, Chevrolet has officially unveiled the production model of the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro which will be on sale starting in the first quarter of 2009.
The Camaro is offered in V6 powered LS and LT models as well as the V8 powered SS model and built on GM’s new global rear-wheel-drive architecture combined with fuel-saving 6-speed transmissions.
Equipped with advanced powertrain technologies such as the direct injection and Active Fuel Management, the car could achieve exhilarating performance and good fuel economy with an 26 mpg estimated highway fuel economy.

Buick Invicta Concept

The Buick Invicta Concept, a 4-door midsize sedan with a coupe-like roofline, made its debut at the 2008 Beijing Motor Show. The Invicta has evolved from other Buick concept such as the 2004 Velite convertible and 2007 Riviera coupe.
The Invicta (invincible in Latin) was developed by General Motors centers of expertise in Warren, Michigan and Shanghai, China.
The concept is powered by Buick’s first direct injection 4-cylinder turbocharged engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission, producing 250 hp (186 kW) and 298 Nm (220 lb-ft) of torque.

Chevrolet Riptide Hybrid Rally Concept

General Motors last February conduct a design studio at College of Design and Art in Cincinnati and one of the outcome is the Chevrolet Riptide Hybrid Rally Concept.
The Chevrolet Riptide Hybrid Rally Concept was created by a student designer Chris Kujawski which indicates that the car is powered by a turbocharged biodeisel engine with 4 electric motors, one mounted on each wheel.

The Holden VE Commodore Omega 60th Anniversary Special Edition features Electronic Stability Program (ESP), 6 airbags and air conditioning as standard on all models.

Holden Captiva SUV 60th Anniversary Special Edition

Holden or officially GM Holden Ltd, is General Motors subsidiary in Australia, has released the special edition Captiva SUV (Chevrolet Captiva elsewhere).
The Holden Captiva SUV 60th Anniversary Special Edition is based on the Captiva LX trim featuring impressive list of standard features. The Captiva is on sale starting 1 May and is priced starting from $43,990 for the petrol variant and $44,990 for the diesel variant.
