Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback and Sportback Ralliart

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation has announced that it will unveil the Lancer Sportback and lancer Sportback Ralliart at the 2008 Paris Motor Show from October 2 through October 19.
The Lancer Sportback is a 5-door sport hatchback and powered by 109 PS 1.5-liter, 143 PS 1.8-liter 4-cylinder gasoline engines or by a 140 PS 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine. A new diesel engine is expected in spring of 2009. Standard feature for the Lancer Sportback is the auto-folding function which enhances luggage compartment.

Mitsubishi Outlander Roadest Special Edition

Mitsubishi has released a special edition Mitsubishi Outlander for the Japanese market where it comes with few additional features compared to the standard SUV.
The Mitsubishi Outlander “Roadest” Special Edition features new bodykit which consists of new front grille and chromed mirror caps at the exterior. The SUV stands on new seven-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels and it comes in 3 different colors, white, black and gray.

Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart Version R Special

Mitsubishi has released the new version of the Colt Ralliart featuring minor upgrades to the car.
The Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart Version R Special is still powered by the standard Colt Ralliart 120 kW 1.5 liter turbocharged MIVEC I4. The car is also fitted with a Ralliart rear muffler.

HKS Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X

Last year, we were presented with images of the HKS tuned 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X but not much details yet about the tuning package of the car. HKS now has released the details of the package which could increase the power of the Evolution X up to 376 hp from the 2.0 liter turbocharged engine.
The engine package includes a new higher power turbo, an upgraded intake manifold and a reprogrammed ECU producing 376 hp and 480 Nm of torque.
Apart from that, the chassis and the suspension system have been upgraded with lower ride height combined with 19-inch Advan Racing RZ alloy wheels wrapped with 265/30R19 Advan tires. At the exterior, the fully carbon fiber bodykit consist of front apron, mirror caps, hood scoop and side protectors.

Last month, we were presented with the new Mitsubishi Lancer Prototype S Concept leaked sketches on the internet but today few official images of the new Lancer Prototype S Concept were leaked into the internet.
The Mitsubishi Lancer Prototype S Concept will make its debut at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show next month and it’s reported on other websites that the Prototype S Concept will be the basis for the upcoming 5-door hatch Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback Ralliart that will be available in Europe this summer.

2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse Facelift

The leaked images of the 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse were released on the internet just before its official release at the 2008 Chicago Auto Show. The Eclipse will be powered by a 3.8-liter V6 engine producing up to 265 hp and torque up to 262lb-ft. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox or an optional Sportronic five-speed self-shifter with pseudo manual control.
At the exterior, the Eclipse features new front end consist of a revised bumper similar to the new evolution X, new rear bumper and an integrated diffuser. Other upgrades include new dual exhaust system.

2009 Mitsubishi Galant Facelift

Mitsubishi will unveil the new 2009 Mitsubishi Galant at the Chicago Auto Show that will be held on 8-17 February 2008 at McCormick Place. The facelifted Galant will arrive at Mitsubishi US dealers somewhere in February.
The 2009 Mitsubishi Galant comes in 4 distinct trim levels and 3 performance levels such as the performance-tuned Galant Ralliart, the 4-cylinder ES, the new 4-cylinder Sport Edition, and the V-6 Sport.
At the exterior, the Galant features new hood lines, a new grille and lower intake, wider rear glass, new tail lamps and bumper treatment, a new deck lid with a center high-mounted stop-lamp (CHSL) and 17-inch alloy wheels for the Sports model.

Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback

The Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback was first introduced in the 2005 but the new sketches appeared on the internet recently showed a probably production ready version of the Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback.
According to some websites, the new Lancer is also known as the Mitsubishi Lancer Prototype S and will make its appearance at the Geneva Motor Show this year. From the sketches, the Lancer Sportback features production-like bumpers, headlamps, tail lights and also exhaust pipes.
