Overfinch, Range Rover tuning specialist has unveiled the Country Pursuits Concept Range Rover at the Salon Prive Luxury and Supercar Show at the Hurlingham Club in London alongside the SuperSport II.

The Overfinch Country Pursuits Concept is based on the Vogue SE Range Rover and featuring an exclusive mica pearlescent Aubergine paint color and custom bodykit consists of new front and rear bumper, side valances, a roof spoiler, special exhaust tailpipes and 20 or 22-inch alloy wheels.

Overfinch Range Rover SuperSport II

Overfinch of UK, originated under the name Schuler, is a tuning firm specializing in Range Rover vehicle will unveil the SuperSport II at the Salon Privé Luxury and Supercar Show at the Hurlingham Club in London.

The Overfinch SuperSport II is based on the Range Rover Sport featuring aggressive 10-piece bodykit, 20 or 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped in high performance tires, a new sports steering wheel, a sports instrument panel with red needles, colored brake callipers and ECU upgrades.

Land Rover Defender SVX

The special edition Land Rover Defender SVX was first unveiled at the British Red Cross Ball in London on 22 November 2007 in conjunction with its 60th anniversary and claimed as the most stylish and feature packed Defender ever built by Land Rover.

There will be 90 soft-top and 90 station wagon versions available and come in metallic black paintwork and subtle satin black graphic decals. At the exterior, the Defender features ‘Defender’ and ‘SVX’ badges, silver finished tubular side-steps, clear lens headlamps, a reinforced aluminium front undershield, clear LED rear lights and ‘diamond turned’ 5-spoke alloy wheels.

Land Rover LRX Concept Black and Silver Version

Last month, the Land Rover LRX Concept made its first appearance at the 2008 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit but Land Rover is planning to display again the LRX Concept at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show starting on March 4. This time it will be the black and silver version.

The proposed engine for the LRX Concept is a 2.0-liter turbodiesel hybrid capable of running on bio-diesel. The fuel consumption is expected at 60 mpg (4.7 liter/100 km) while the CO2 emissions is at 120 g/km.

HST Package for Land Rover Freelander 2 and Range Rover Sport

Land Rover will launch the new ‘HST’ package to the Land Rover Freelander 2 and also the Range Rover Sport which will be on sale starting from March 2008.

The Land Rover Freelander 2 HST features a Sports Styling Pack with front and rear bumper aprons, side sill mouldings, a rear roof spoiler, 19 inch alloy 10-spoke wheels with shadowchrome finish, leather seat facings, privacy glass and metallic paint. The Freelander 2 HST is priced from £31,990 on the road.

Land Rover LRX Concept

Land Rover recently unveiled the Land Rover LRX Concept at the 2008 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. The LRX Concept is a 3-door compact size, cross-coupe, light weight and sustainability focussed technologies 4×4 vehicle.

The Land Rover LRX Concept handling performance is optimize with its full-time four-wheel drive, Hill Descent Control and Terrain Response system to improve traction on difficult surfaces ranging from icy roads to wet grass, gravel and snow. The LRX Concept stands on 20-inch alloy wheels all around.

Even though the LRX is a compact 4×4, the interior is still roomy, practical and versatile featuring a combination of soft leathers in rich tan and dark chocolate, with polished aluminium details. To create a three-dimensional look that can be personalised for different drivers as well as interacting with the LRX’s touch-screen display, the electronic display uses ‘floating’ LCD graphics.

Arden Range Rover AR7

Arden, the tuning specialist for Land Rover and Jaguar has come up with their version of modified Range Rover. The Arden Range Rover AR7 is based on the Range Rover LM.

For superior performance, the Arden Range Rover AR7 is powered with a 4.5-liter supercharged V8 engine which produces maximum power of 480 hp and a maximum torque of 680 Nm. The SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h at 6.5 seconds and the maximum speed is at 240 km/h.

Arden also fitted the Range Rover with new bodykit. As we can see from the images, the exterior of the Arden Range Rover AR7 features wider front apron, hand-made stainless steel grill and air vents, LED daytime running lights above the large air intakes, side skirts, a new rear apron, hand-made stainless steel sport exhaust system and three-part forged “Sportline” wheel in 22-inch or 23-inch which improves the handling of the AR7.
