Ford has announced that the Ford RS performance car brand is back in the form of the new Ford Focus RS which will be unveiled at the 2008 London International Motor Show on 22 July 2008.
The Ford Focus RS is being created by dedicated Ford engineers lead by Jost Capito, Ford of Europe’s Vehicle Line Director for Performance Vehicles and will go on sale in early 2009.

Toyota Aygo Crazy Concept

Toyota will debut the Aygo Crazy Concept, a one-off model based on the Aygo hatch at the 2008 British International Motor Show next month. The concept is a car that is all about the joy of driving, with no electronic handling aids, no power steering and no ABS.
The Aygo Crazy is powered by the Toyota 1.8 VVT-I engine that powered the final generation Celica and MR2 Roadster but mounted at the rear and driving the rear wheels through the 5-speed manual gearbox.

Rieger Tuning Audi A4

Rieger Tuning, car customizer and bodykit specialist from Germany, has unveiled its tuning package upgrade for the Audi B8 A4 saloon at the Tuning World Bodensee in Germany. The upgrades are for both styling and performance.
The bodykit consists of a new front-lip spoiler, sport side-sills, a custom rear bumper and integrated diffuser. The Rieger Tuning Audi A4 is also fitted with 20 inch alloy wheels.

2009 Nissan Teana Sedan

Nissan with its Chinese joint-venture partner Dongfeng has presented the new 2009 Nissan Teana and the more luxurious Teana XV at the 2008 Beijing Motor Show recently. The car is based on the Nissan Intima Concept that was revealed October last year at the Tokyo Motor Show.
The luxurious front-wheel-drive Teana sedan is powered by Nissan’s award-winning VQ35DE 3.5 liter V6 engine which is mated to the CVT transmission for the Chinese market. When the car goes on sale in late summer, a VQ25DE 2.5 liter 4-cylinder and MR20DE 2.0 liter 4-cylinder engines will be available.

Honda Li Nian Concept

Honda and its counterpart in China, Guangzhou Honda Automobile has unveiled the new Li Nian Concept at the 2008 Beijing Motor Show.
Honda plan to launch the Li Nian as a production car in 2010 which is based on the same platform as the Honda Jazz/Fit. It is also reported that the Honda Li Nian will be powered by a 1.8 petrol engine. One more picture after the jump.

2009 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S

Porsche has revealed the new Cayenne Turbo S which is the most powerful Cayenne at the 2008 Beijing Motor Show. The Porsche Cayenne Turbo S was the result from the customers demand who want sports-style SUVs with top quality physical handling dynamics.
The Cayenne Turbo S is powered by a modified 4.8 liter V8 engine with twin turbo producing 550 hp (404 kW) from the regular 500 hp (368 kW) Turbo model but with the same amount of fuel consumption.

2009 Audi Q5

Audi presented the new 2009 Audi Q5 Compact SUV at the 2008 Beijing Motor Show this weekend. The Audi Q5 is set to compete against the other SUVs such as the Volvo XC60, BMW X3 and the new Mercedes-Benz GLK.
The Q5 is measures at 4.63 meter long, 1.88 meter wide and 1.65 meter high with a low drag coefficient of 0.33. Upon customers request, the headlights can be equipped with bi-xenon lamps and LED daytime running lights. The taillights meanwhile are available with distinctive LED lighting technology. The Q5 stands on 17 to 20 inches in diameter lightweight alloy wheels.

Opel Insignia Officially Revealed

Opel has announced that it will unveiled the new Opel Insignia at the 2008 London Motor Show starting July 22 and will hit showrooms starting in November. The Opel Insignia was developed at GM Europe’s International Technical Development Center in Rüsselsheim, Germany, and will also be produced there. It is reported that the Insignia will replace the current Opel Vectra sedan and will be sold in the U.S. as the next-gen Saturn Aura.
The Opel Insignia is a 4.83 meter five-seater with a coupe-like roofline featuring a distinctive radiator grille with a newly-designed Opel emblem, a sweeping front and rear light “wing” signature and a “blade” side contour that begins directly behind the front wheel and glides through the entire side of the body at the exterior.

2009 Roewe 550

Roewe, Chinese carmaker who acquired the rights to build MG-Rover cars from the British automaker in 2005 has released few images of the Roewe 550 Sedan prior to the 2008 Beijing Motor Show.
The interior looks luxurious just like from other luxury cars such as the Volkswagen Passat and also from BMW. It features a center-mounted tachometer with digital displaysand also the GPS display.
