Hennessey Performance has unveiled the tuning package for the Corvette ZR1 known as the Hennessey ZR700 that boosted the 638 hp 6.2-liter V8 supercharged engine power to 705 hp at 6,400 rpm and 717 lb-ft of torque at 3,800 rpm.
The Hennessey ZR700 Corvette ZR1 accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds, 0 to 150 mph in 13.9 seconds (stock is 17.1 seconds), 1/4 mile in 11.0 seconds at 136 mph with factory Michelin tires. The top speed is estimated at 212 mph.
The increase of performance is made possible with the help of supercharger pulley and blower snout upgrade (increases boost from 11 to 14 psi), intercooler system upgrade, K&N air filter, reprogrammed ECU, stainless steel 1 7/8-inch headers and high flow catalytic converters with mid pipes.
The Hennessey ZR700 Corvette ZR1 also comes with Hennessey and ZR700 exterior emblems (optional) and Hennessey ZR700 premium floor mats.

Anyone can flow more air. The trick is to flow more air safely. In our opinion we hit the sweet spot – an optimal blend of high air flow, filtration efficiency, durability and dust capacity.
