The Honda Accord Coupe HF-S Concept makes its debut at the 2007 Specialty Equipment Market Association’s (SEMA) show in Las Vegas. The Accord Coupe HF-S Concept was created and designed by Honda Access America, Inc., the U.S. accessory development division.
One of the key modification done on the Accord Coupe is the installation of a dual-port exhaust system that provide additional performance when required but still retain low noise output during relaxed driving.
Other modifications include unique LED driving lights, placed on the fore-most corners, to increase visibility and to create unique appearance, front bumper designed that create a vortex effect to enhance high-speed aerodynamics and engine cooling, the shape of the carbon fiber panels on the sides to decrease negative speed force around the wheel arches.
Apart from the above, other modifications include the rear bumper diffuser is designed to reduce drag and also the trunk spoiler is designed for high-speed down-force.
Key technology on the car, apart from the dual-port exhaust system are the use of electronically customize throttle response, suspension settings, steering boost, and traction involvement to the driver’s preference.
