Skoda, Czech automobile manufacturer and became a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group in 1991, has released the first prototype of Skoda Fabia 2000 Rally Car images. The Skodia Fabia 2000 will compete in the Super 2000 category.
The Fabia 2000 is based on the Skoda Fabia and powered by a 2-iter 4 cylinder petrol engine mated to a 6-speed sequential transmission via 3 mechanical differentials to power all 4 wheels.
From the pictures we can see that the car is almost complete with its customized aerodynamic bodykit, flared fenders, full interior roll cage, and rear bumper with exhaust outlet.
