According to Japan’s Auto Sport magazine, Nissan will release a FIA GT1 version of the Nissan GT-R. The Le Mans version will also be built.

From the images, the car features NISMO body kit, plexy glass windows, GT-style wing, air ducting, upgraded wheels and brakes and a SuperGT GT500 style hood.

The GT-R FIA GT1 is rumored to be powered by a naturally-aspirated 4.5-liter VK45DE V8 engine used by the GT500 instead of the stock 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine.

The Le Mans version GT-R is reported to produce 592 hp and 506 lb-ft of torque weighing at 2,976 lbs. The GT-R Le Mans will only be available for Le Mans race teams only with a price tag of 65,000,000 yen (USD$720,000).

By competing in motorsport racing with the Nissan GT-R, a street-legal version Nissan GT-R R35 LM will also be introduced. Only 300 units will be produced at 10 units per month. The car will be priced at18,000,000 Yen (USD$200,000). The 3,417 lbs Nissan GT-R R35 LM could produce 542 hp and 448 lb-ft of torque.
