Kia Motors America (KMA) has debuted the Kia KOUP Concept at the 2008 New York International Auto Show (NYIAS) which illustrates he shape and evolution of future Kia vehicles. The KOUP Concept was designed by Kia Motors America Design Center in Irvine, California.
The Kia KOUP Concept features dynamic wedge shape enhanced with carbon fiber, black chrome and LED headlamps and tailights. Apart from that, the concept is fitted with carbon fiber chin spoiler, lamp lenses, cowl panel, side-view mirrors, rear bumper insert and rear diffuser and also flashy twin wheel spokes include carbon fiber inserts paired with an open design to show off the Brembo calipers and cross-drilled rotors.

Suzuki Kizashi 3 Concept Revealed

Suzuki has finally released the third installment of the Kizashi series at the 2008 New York Auto Show. The first Suzuki Kizashi Concept debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor show and the Suzuki Kizashi 2 Concept debuted at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show.
“Kizashi” means prelude or also “something great is coming” according to the Suzuki Kizashi 3 minisite and the introduction of Concept Kizashi 3 coincides with Suzuki’s announcement that it will produce a sport sedan derived from the Concept Kizashi 3 design. All the Kizashi series was developed by Suzuki’s Advanced Design Group.

Saleen Gurney Signature Edition Mustang

Apart from the Saleen S5S Raptor, Saleen is also presenting its Dan Gurney (American automotive legend) Signature Edition Mustang at the 2008 New York Auto Show.
The Saleen Gurney Signature Edition Mustang features the heritage styled Gurney Edition body kit, ‘duck bill’ rear spoiler and ’stinger’ style hood, carefully placed graphics and die cut Gurney Eagle insignia to reflect the look of Dan’s 1969 Trans Am series Mustang at the exterior.

Saleen S5S Raptor

The first time we see the S5S Raptor was last month from its sketch and before its debut at the 2008 New York Auto Show, some official images of the Saleen S5S Raptor were revealed.
The 2-seater car with aluminum chassis which runs on E85 ethanol fuel was developed by Saleen and specialty builder ASC.

2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe

The 2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe which is currently presented at the 2008 New York Auto Show is the GXP model that will arrive at dealerships in early 2009. The new Solstice Coupe is based on the Solstice coupe concept shown at the North American International Auto Show in 2002.
The Pontiac Solstice Coupe is powered by a standard 2.4L Ecotec 4-cylinder engine producing 173 hp (129 kW), while the GXP version is powered by a 2.0L turbocharged Ecotec engine producing 260 hp (194 kW).

2009 Nissan Maxima Leaked Images

Not long after Nissan unveiled the new 2009 Nissan Maxima teasers, new images of the complete 7th generation Nissan Maxima surfaced on the internet prior to its official debut at the 2008 New York Auto Show on 19 March 2008.
It is reported that the Maxima is powered by Nissan’s VQ V6 engine but it’s expected that diesel powerplant will also be available. More images after the jump.

2008 Pontiac G8 GXP

Apart from the G8 Sport Truck, Pontiac is also presenting the Pontiac G8 GXP at the 2008 New York Auto Show.
The Pontiac G8 GXP is powered by a detuned Corvette’s LS3 6.2-liter V8 engine mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox producing 402 hp and 546 Nm (402 lb.-ft) of torque.

2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe

Hyundai is planning to release the all-new Hyundai Genesis Coupe at the New York Auto Show starting on March 19, 2008 but few images manage to find their way on the internet. The Genesis Coupe is Hyundai’s first rear-wheel-drive coupe.
It is reported that the Hyundai Genesis Coupe will be powered by a 3.8-liter V6 engine mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox producing more than 300 hp. It could clocked 6 seconds from 0 to 60 mph.

2009 Nissan Maxima Teasers

Nissan has released 4 teaser images of the new 2009 Nissan Maxima prior to its debut at the 2008 New York Auto Show next week.
The teasers revealed the headlight, alloy wheel and the rear end of the new Maxima. Included in all the images are the 4DSC tags.
