Virago Cars of UK is planning to build a new version of its sports coupe for the Top Marque show in Monaco, starting from 24 – 27 April 2008. The Virago Coupe is estimated to be cost at $100,000.
The Virago Coupe features a lightweight body shell and powered by a 3.0L Ford Duratec V6 producing 230-280 hp. It clocked less than 5 seconds from 0 to 60 mph with the top speed of 155 mph.
It was reported on other sites that Virago Cars needs more than $10 million to be able to get the coupe to enter production. Read more from Virago Cars website.
